1. Description of Service

Kairox Talent360 is an AI-powered talent acquisition and recruitment operations platform. The Service includes automated resume ingestion, conversational AI-led screening interviews, semantic profile matching, identity verification, and calibrated hiring analytics.

Kairox provides the Service strictly as an assistive technology tool. Kairox is not an employment agency or employer with respect to your candidates.

2. Customer Responsibilities

• Lawful Hiring Practices: You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, including labor and equal opportunity employment regulations.
• Candidate Consents: You are responsible for providing all necessary notices and obtaining legally required candidate consents prior to processing candidate resumes or conducting AI-assisted interviews.
• Prohibited Conduct: You shall not reverse-engineer the Service, scrape candidate data, input malicious code, or misuse evaluation outputs.

3. AI and Decision-Making

The Service utilizes machine learning and language models to evaluate qualifications, transcribe interviews, and rank candidates. Customer acknowledges that the Service provides recommendations, insights, and predictive scores, but does not make final employment decisions.

Customer maintains complete editorial and operational control over their hiring pipeline. Customer assumes responsibility for final selection, hiring, or rejection decisions.

4. Biometric Data & Identity Verification

Certain security features, including identity verification and interview integrity checks, involve processing facial and voice verification markers. For candidate assessment records, Customer is the Data Controller and Kairox is the Data Processor.

5. Intellectual Property

Kairox retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, proprietary algorithms, and platform architecture. Customer retains all rights to the candidate and organizational data uploaded to their dedicated workspace.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

In no event shall Kairox's aggregate liability exceed the total amounts paid by Customer in the twelve (12) months preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
