This Refund Policy outlines billing procedures, cancellation rules, and refund eligibility for both individual candidate subscribers and enterprise hiring customers.
1. 15-Day Free Trial Policy
Kairox offers a 15-day free trial on selected recruiting tiers, requiring zero credit card upfront. Users can thoroughly test automated resume ingestion, conversational AI screening, and scorecard analytics before making any payment commitment.
2. Candidate Preparation Subscriptions
- Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel your individual mock interview subscription at any time via your candidate dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Technical Disruption Refunds: If a scheduled mock interview or Presentation Studio session fails due to a verified platform outage, unused pooled interview minutes will be re-credited automatically or refunded upon written request.
3. Enterprise & Institutional Agreements
Commercial terms, pilot programs, custom integrations, and SLA commitments for enterprise recruitment teams and university cohorts are governed by the specific terms defined in your signed Order Form or Master Services Agreement (MSA).
4. Requesting a Billing Review
To request a refund or dispute a charge, please email our billing department at connect@kairox.io with your account email and transaction ID. We review all requests within 2 business days.
